Our programs support physical health, confidence, independence, and social connection in a safe, welcoming environment — without segregation or labels. Our focus is on safe strength training, functional movement, mobility, social sports, and confidence-building in a supportive group environment.

Limited-Time Enrollment Rate:
$149 per month
This enrollment rate is locked in for the duration of active membership.
Membership Options

Adult Fitness Membership: Includes access to all adult fitness workouts.

IDD Adult Fitness Membership: Includes access to adult workouts designated appropriate for IDD participants. Most adult workouts are eligible; select advanced sessions may be excluded for safety.

Youth & Homeschool P.E. Program: Includes two physical education sessions per week for ages 5-14 with potential leadership opportunities available for ages 12-14. Sessions are Tuesday and Friday from 10:30 - 11:30am weekly.

CVRC & Agency-Supported Participation: For participants supported through CVRC or other agencies, services follow the IDD Adult Fitness Membership structure and are invoiced through authorized Purchase of Service (POS).

Program Design & Coaching Support
NoWalls Fitness provides inclusive group training designed for adults of varying abilities, including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) who can participate safely in a small-to-medium group setting (typically 5-15 participants).
Participants train alongside our general membership when appropriate, with:

emphasis on form, range of motion, and control

CVRC & Regional Center Participation
NoWalls Fitness partners with regional centers and support agencies to provide inclusive fitness services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Getting Stronger at NoWalls
Foundations for Strength Training
All new members who plan to participate in weight and resistance training begin with our Foundations process.
Foundations is designed to:

Teach proper form and technique for strength and resistance exercises

Assess range of motion (ROM) and movement control
-
Establish an appropriate starting level of resistance
-
Introduce safe progression standards used across NoWalls workouts
Foundations allows our coaches to ensure each participant is training safely, confidently, and at the right level before increasing intensity or resistance.
Some members may complete Foundations in a single session, while others may benefit from additional time to build confidence and consistency.
How Strength Progression Works at NoWalls
At NoWalls, progression follows a health-first sequence:

Form – Learn and demonstrate proper technique

Range of Motion – Move well through safe, controlled ROM

Consistency – Perform movements with control and confidence

Resistance – Gradually add weight when appropriate
This approach helps maximize results while minimizing risk of injury or burnout.

Participants who are not yet ready for certain resistance exercises may continue with:

Inclusive Youth Fitness & Homeschool Program
Movement, Confidence. Belonging.
At NoWalls Fitness, we offer an inclusive youth fitness and homeschool PE program designed for children and teens of all abilities, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Our program focuses on movement confidence, coordination, strength, and social connection in a positive, supportive group environment — without pressure, comparison, or intimidation.
Sessions emphasize games, movement exploration, teamwork, and confidence-building rather than performance or competition.
Who This Program Is For
This program is designed for:

Participants should generally be able to:

We meet kids where they are — and help them build confidence from there.
G.R.I.T.: Games, Recreation and Inclusive TeamPlay
Each session includes a variety of inclusive, adaptable activities, such as:
Cooperative games and team challenges
Recreational sports-style activities (no tryouts, no pressure)
Movement games that build coordination, balance, and agility
Rhythm-based and creative movement
Social play that encourages communication and teamwork
Every activity is designed so participants can join in at their own level while still being part of the group.
Coaching & Support
GRIT sessions are led by trained coaches who specialize in inclusive, play-based movement.
